The Voice of the Employee Survey is an all-employee survey to gather opinions and ideas about our company, our work environment and how we do business. 

The survey gives employees a confidential opportunity to "tell it like it is”. An honest and open answer to each question will help us pinpoint areas of success, and allow us to carefully examine where further actions are needed.  As with past surveys, our intent is to initiate changes necessary to allow Agrium to become the kind of organization our employees are proud to work for.
