2008 Selections

On February 8, 2007, the United Way of Calgary and Area held the 8th Annual Spirits of Gold Recognition Dinner and Awards Gala that celebrates the success of the campaign each year.

In recognition of the results of Agrium's 2006 United Way campaign, we were awarded the 2006 "Award of Excellence". This award is based on overall campaign achievements, with specific criteria including management support and participation, special events, educational activities that raise awareness, recognition program for donors/volunteers/leaders and campaign planning details.

The Award of Excellence speaks to the compassionate and giving nature of our Company in general and our people in particular. Together we are building stronger communities.
