Agrium to present at Credit Suisse and Citigroup Investor Conferences

CALGARY, Alberta -- Agrium Inc. (TSX and NYSE: AGU) announced today that Mr. Bruce Waterman, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer will be presenting at the Credit Suisse 2008 Global Agrochemicals  Conference in London, England, on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 2:50 p.m. GMT.

Mr. Mike Wilson, President & Chief Executive Officer will be presenting at the CitiInvestment Research Small & Mid-Cap Conference in Las Vegas on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 9:25 a.m. PT.

Agrium will host an audio webcast of both presentations at www.agrium.com, which will be approximately 30-40 minutes in length.  The presentations will be archived on Agrium’s website.
