Agrium Recognized as One of Canada’s Top 100 Employers

CALGARY, Alberta -- Agrium Inc. (TSX and NYSE: AGU) Agrium Inc. was named as one of Canada’s top 100 employers for the first time in company history. Canada’s Top 100 Employers list is considered the gold standard for best practices in recruitment and retention.

The 1,200 participating companies were evaluated in seven key areas. These include physical workplace, work and social atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; and training and skills development. Companies were also assessed on their level of community involvement.
