Employee Community Participation Program

Agrium believes in supporting the communities in which we live, work and play. In this spirit, we actively support youth, culture, health and environmental opportunities that enrich our communities and encourage personal growth. Because most of our business activities take place in or near urban areas, we work together to help make our communities better places to live and raise our children.
The Employee Community Participation Program supports employees who contribute directly to their community through their participation or investment in community charities and youth development. The following areas of participation are supported:
Youth sports and clubs
Employees raising funds for charitable organizations through participation in activities or events. i.e. walkathons, silent auctions, etc.
Requests for contributions to a community-based charity or organization, without the participation or investment of an Agrium employee, should be directed to the Local Community Investment Program for consideration. This program is specifically targeted to meet the unique needs of the community and will be evaluated on its individual merit and eligibility.
