Reporting to the Sales Manager, ESN these positions will be responsible for leading the sales initiatives of the ESN product line.  As a member of our professional sales team you will develop and enhance relationships with ESN customers in the assigned geographic territories of either the Pacific Northwest or Midwest to Western Corn Belt area.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Actively supports internal and external ESN clients, managing sales and customer relationships.
• Execute business plans that will assist in achieving sales objectives and develop the sales territory to its full potential
• Maintain current knowledge of competitive market environment relative to the industry and local sales territory
• Conduct needs analysis as required to ensure appropriate programming requirements are delivered to the client
• Organize and implement customer initiatives that reinforce Agrium’s position
• Liaison with ad agency(AdFarm)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or agriculture
• 3-5+ years of progressively responsible experience in sales or related Agri-business roles
• Highly developed customer service skills with a proven ability to develop strong client relationships
• Motivated self-starter with results and solution orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Frequent travel is required (60-70% of the time).
