Trainer, Human Resources Service Center

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Service Center in Collinsville, Illinois the Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering and tracking training activities for Human Resources Service Center positions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop training and applicable standards for HRSC employees that will maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with HRSC Management Center of Excellence and HR Business Partners regarding the development, implementation and tracking of training needs for employees
  • Develop training curriculum for all HRSC positions
  • Set-up and maintain training schedules
  • Conduct training activities for internal users of HRSC applications
  • Manage individual and professional development training of employees
  • Coordinate training materials, location logistics, record keeping, reports and other tasks as assigned
  • Provide recurrent training as needed
  • Develop call center scripts for Customer Care Representatives

Required experience & qualifications include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Education or Human Resources
  • Minimum 2-3 years Training experience within a Call Center/Service Center or Corporate environment
  • Proven skills for developing and delivering various training processes
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with adult learning processes
  • Ability to access, design, develop and deliver training curriculums
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
