Reporting directly to the Supervisor II, Customer Service, this position will be responsible for:

• Inputting reference and standard discounts, and approved prices in SAP to ensure accurate invoicing of orders for assigned customer/product base within specified deadlines.
• Creating and maintaining various spreadsheets to assist in accurate invoicing and the monitoring of prices by Sales and Marketing personnel.
• Monitoring and maintaining customer accounts and credit line.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for the ongoing administration of prepays.
• Creating and administering pricing programs in SAP.
• Assist Sales staff with managing customer’s accounts receivables.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Preference will be given to those with a related undergraduate degree.
• Must have excellent PC (Word/Excel) and accurate typing skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principals.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems would be considered an asset.
• Must have excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must be flexible, work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
