Planners (Mobile Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Shaft and Hoist, Construction and Production)

Reporting to the Chief Maintenance Planner, the Planners will support the mine’s maintenance requirements by providing high quality, fully planned job packages for future maintenance, project and turnaround work.  Each Maintenance Planner is responsible for supporting the planning needs in their respective areas of mobile equipment, electrical systems, shaft & hoisting systems and ground rehabilitation.

To join our team you will require a Grade twelve education and a two year technical diploma or a three or four year technologist diploma.   Applicants with seven to ten years of experience in an industrial processing plant, a maintenance trade or equivalent experience in the maintenance or operations field are also encouraged to apply.  The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and problem solving skills as well as the ability to handle a large and varied workload.   A working knowledge of computer tools (Primavera, SAP, databases and MS Office) will be considered an asset.
