Reporting to the Loadout Supervisors, the Operating Technician, Loadout will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the loading systems and equipment associated with loading.

Specific Responsibilities Will Include:

• Being responsible for the loading of products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitoring/operating equipment and associated systems within standard operating conditions and limits

Qualifications of the Position Include:

• Grade 12 High School Diploma including the educational requirements to challenge the 3rd Class Boiler’s Branch certificate (i.e.: Math 10, English 10 and Science 10)
• A 4th Class Boiler’s Branch certificate is considered an asset
• Loading experience
• Knowledge of provincial and federal safety code requirements including TDG Regulations and rail operations legislation
• Ability to work in a team environment and possess strong interpersonal skills
