CALGARY, Alberta -- Agrium Inc. (TSX and NYSE: AGU) announced today that Mr. Mike Wilson, President & Chief Executive Officer will be presenting at the Morgan Stanley Global Basic Materials Conference in New York on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Mr. Bruce Waterman, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer will be presenting at the CIBC Institutional Investors Conference in Whistler, British Columbia, on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 11:10 a.m. PT.

Agrium will host a live audio webcast of the presentations at www.agrium.com, which will be approximately 30 minutes in length.  The presentations will be archived on Agrium’s website.
