CALGARY, Alberta -- Agrium Inc. (TSX and NYSE: AGU) announced today its Investor Conference will be held June 16, 2005 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  The meeting will be held at The Westin Indianapolis and will begin at 9:00 a.m. ET.

Presentations will include an introduction and overview from Agrium’s President and CEO, Mike Wilson. Other key executive management staff will also address each of Agrium’s business segments as well as Agrium’s strategies and objectives. Following the presentations, tours of an Agrium retail facility and ESN® test plots will be conducted.
