“We are incredibly excited to host this grand opening today,” said Michael R. Webb, Agrium’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources. “We set out to create a collaborative and employee-centered facility that complements and integrates with integrates the surrounding community. We’ve achieved that and much more.”
In addition to celebrating the new building, Agrium announced a significant donation to the local community. Building on its charitable giving program in northern Colorado, Agrium presented a check for $10,000 to United Way of Larimer County.
“Northern Colorado has been extremely good to Agrium, and we want to show our appreciation,” said Mr. Webb. “The United Way of Larimer County is uniting people and changing lives. We’re proud to participate in those efforts – through this donation, through our annual United Way campaigns and through employee-led activities held throughout the year.”
Agrium’s head office is located in Calgary, Alberta. Its U.S. Wholesale and Corporate teams, previously scattered across the Denver Tech Center and assorted buildings in Loveland’s Rangeview office complex, were finally brought together under one roof when Rangeview V was completed early this summer.
Rangeview V is just 50 feet from Rangeview IV – the headquarters for Agrium’s Retail Business Unit – known as Crop Production Services in North America. The two buildings constitute Agrium’s Loveland Campus, sharing such amenities as an on-site café, patio areas and a wellness center. Rangeview V has an open concept, and provides an assortment of flexible and collaborative work spaces.
“Rangeview V pays tribute to northern Colorado agriculture while incorporating cutting edge architecture and interior design,” said Mr. Webb. “The two buildings complement each other beautifully; we’re glad to have all of our Colorado office employees in one highly functional campus. Loveland and Centerra serve as an ideal location and we are proud to call it home.”
