Phosphate rock used in the manufacture of phosphate fertilizer products at Redwater Fertilizer Operations in Alberta comes from Agrium's mine near Kapuskasing, Ontario. This high grade, low cost mine started production in 1999 and will provide 100% of Redwater's phosphate rock requirements for the next 20 years.
