Canada’s Top 100 Employers - 2014

Agrium was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2014. This is the fifth consecutive time Agrium has been honored with this award and we are very pleased to be recognized again. This recognition is sponsored by Mediacorp Canada Inc. More than 12,000 employers across the country were invited to participate in the competition this year.
The companies considered for the Top 100 Employers were graded by Mediacorp editors on eight key areas: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
