Mike joined the company in 2000 and became President and CEO three years later. Under his leadership Agrium has grown significantly increasing its size and profile in world markets. Prior to joining Agrium, Mike gathered experience as an executive leader in the chemical industry. He was the President of Methanol and President and COO of Methanex Corporation.

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Steve joined Agrium in 1991 as an Engineer. He has worked in Corporate and Wholesale in a number of positions and most recently in Retail. In Corporate he held the position of Director, Strategic Development, followed by an assignment in Wholesale in 2005 as Vice President, Manufacturing which he fulfilled until moving to his role in Retail. Prior to his CD&S assignment, Steve also held roles in IT and Logistics.

Richard has served as Senior Vice President of Agrium and President of its Retail Strategic Business Unit since August 1996. His work at Agrium and its former companies across North America spans 30 years. In that time Richard has filled different leadership positions. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Crop Production Services, Inc. and Northwest Vice President for Western Farm Service, Inc. before taking his current role.

Jim joined Agrium in 2002. He brings over 25 years of experience as a human resource executive both in North America and internationally. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for both Molson Inc. and Coca-Cola Beverages, Ltd.

Chuck joined Agrium in 2009. He brings to Agrium experience in various leadership roles including Feedstocks and Investor Relations that he obtained through a career with Nova Chemicals.

Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

Eric Miller joined Agrium in January 2012 as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Agrium, Eric was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Nexen Inc., a leading Canadian international oil and gas exploration company. He brings over 20 years of legal and business experience in both the chemical and energy industries.

Andrew joined Agrium in 2005 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. In 2009 he was appointed Senior Vice President, Agrium and President of Agrium Advanced Technologies (AAT) Strategic Business Unit.

Andrew has over 25 years experience in business and strategy development and investment and commercial banking. Prior to joining Agrium, he co-founded Rockland Capital Partners and was their President and CFO. Before that he was a Senior Vice President at Koch Industries and TXU. He currently sits on the Board of Hanfeng Evergreen, a specialty fertilizer business with operations in China.

Executive Vice President, Operations

Leslie joined Agrium in 1999 as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and became Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in 2006. Over the next couple of years she took on increasing responsibility for Internal Audit and Environment, Health and Safety. In 2009, she assumed the role of Chief Legal Officer & Senior Vice President, Business Development, before taking on her current role as Executive Vice President, Operations.

Bruce joined Agrium Inc. as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, in April of 2000. In this role, Bruce was responsible for Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Controllers, Information Technology and Government Relations.

Prior to joining Agrium, Bruce served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer with Talisman Energy in Calgary.

Bruce was named the 2008 "Canada's CFO of the Year," which is an award presented to a senior financial leader who has made a contribution to business in Canada by demonstrating technical capability, vision, leadership, innovation and corporate responsibility.

Senior Vice President, Agrium & President, Wholesale;

Ron Wilkinson is a Senior Vice President of Agrium and President of its Wholesale Strategic Business Unit. Ron joined Agrium in 1996 through the acquisition of Viridian Inc. He has since held various leadership positions with the organization. Ron has also worked for Sherritt Inc., Imperial Oil, Exxon Chemical Pakistan Limited and Esso Chemical Canada.

Ron has over thirty years of engineering, operations and business management experience within the petrochemical industry. He is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).
